Fitness and weight training are my passion. I began working out with my brother when I was 13 years and have spent my life refining my workout routines to fit around my lifestyle and schedule. 15 years ago I decided to help other people do that for themselves too. I love when someone realizes that their fitness goals are not only achievable but maintainable long term with the right plan of action.
